'Maths may not stack up' on plan for 1,000 GP ARRS jobs

An £82m bolt-on to the additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS) unveiled by the government may not deliver the 'more than 1,000' new GP jobs it claims unless recruits are paid below market rates, a specialist accountant has warned.
