Collective action can stop GP burnout and make patients happier, says GP committee chair

Collective action will be 'painful', but adopting safe working limits and pushing back against unfunded work can help practices retain GPs and ultimately lead to improved patient satisfaction, the BMA England GP committee chair has said.
