Labour will review ARRS to end 'absurd' GP unemployment crisis, says Streeting
Rules that prevent additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS) cash being used to hire GPs have become a 'perverse set of handcuffs' and will be reviewed if Labour wins the general election, shadow health and social care secretary Wes Streeting has told GPonline.
