Fledgling ICSs at 'high risk' of failing in face of deep NHS pressures

Integrated care systems (ICSs) are at high risk of failing because of deep-rooted problems with the NHS workforce, funding shortfalls and pressure on the wider health and social care system, a government watchdog has warned.
